Wentzlvania top Lamarvelous for ninth straight win in 141.86-120.22 rout

Wentzlvania extended their win streak to nine games with an easy win over Lamarvelous, rolling to a 141.86-120.22 victory. Lamarvelous got out to a 2.84-point lead early Sunday afternoon, but it was all Wentzlvania after that. They were led by Dalvin Cook, who racked up 179 yards from scrimmage for 23.9 points, and Aaron Jones, who racked up 148 yards from scrimmage and ran for a touchdown (23.8 points). Lamar Jackson (30.68 points) and T.Y. Hilton (25) carried the flag for Lamarvelous in defeat. This marks the second time this season Wentzlvania have beaten Lamarvelous, after winning 149.02-147.2 in their last matchup. Wentzlvania (12-1) will look to keep it rolling in the playoffs. Lamarvelous will be home for the playoffs, finishing the season at 3-10.

Hey, we'll definitely take the win, Wentzlvania! Having said that, if we want to ramp our performance up to the next level, then here's one area where we can improve: our quarterback was severely outplayed this past week. Our one signal-callers combined for just 6.36 points in Week 13, and the QBs for Lamarvelous showed us up by recording a score of 30.68. We need to put some more effort into scouting those upcoming defenses!

Unless Lamarvelous wants to go diva-mode on us, then "not getting enough opportunities" isn't really an excuse this time around. As a group, our five pass-catchers (four WR and one TE) were targeted a hearty 33 times in Week 13. Chemistry could be the primary problem, as that group tallied just 20 catches.
