Sooners smirk at projections, defeat Gridiron Gladiators in 137.25-99.00 rout

Sooners stepped up, rolling to a 137.25-99.00 win over Gridiron Gladiators, who fell short of projections. Gridiron Gladiators nabbed a 12-point lead on Saturday behind Rob Gronkowski (18 points) and Josh Jacobs (8), but Sooners held the lead the rest of the way. They were led by Davante Adams (11 Rec, 142 Rec Yds, 3 Rec TDs) and CeeDee Lamb (19 Rush Yds, 1 Rush TD, 65 Rec Yds, 1 Rec TD). Patrick Mahomes (278 Pass Yds, 2 Pass TDs, 21 Rush Yds) and Rob Gronkowski (2 Rec, 58 Rec Yds, 2 Rec TDs) led the charge for Gridiron Gladiators in the loss. This marks the second time this season Sooners have gotten the best of Gridiron Gladiators, after winning 113.75-95.5 in their last matchup. Sooners end the season at 9-7, while Gridiron Gladiators finish the campaign at 10-6.
