DITKA come back to hand FantasyFootball Team third consecutive loss, 103.9-92.9
DITKA came from behind for a 103.9-92.9 win to hand FantasyFootball Team their third consecutive loss. Despite trailing 75.4-66.2 heading into Monday night, DITKA charged back behind Stefon Diggs (9 Rec, 145 Rec Yds, 3 Rec TDs) and Devin Singletary (36 Rush Yds, 16 Rec Yds). Mitchell Trubisky (24.6 points) and Giovani Bernard (13.1) carried the flag for FantasyFootball Team in defeat. This marks the second time this season DITKA have gotten the best of FantasyFootball Team, after winning 98.82-83.82 in their last matchup. DITKA finish the season at 8-8, while FantasyFootball Team end the campaign at 7-8.
Sunday Early
Both teams had players with big-time plays early Sunday, but it was FantasyFootball Team who took the lead, 72.1-23.2. For DITKA, Philip Rivers had a 42-yard touchdown pass. Mitchell Trubisky made the highlight reel for FantasyFootball Team with a 22-yard touchdown pass.
Sunday Late
CeeDee Lamb had a 52-yard touchdown catch for DITKA, who trailed 75.4-56.4 after the late slate.
Monday
Stefon Diggs had a 50-yard touchdown catch for DITKA during Monday Night Football, helping lead the team to the win.
Against the Eagles in Week 16, Lamb scored 20.4 points to nearly triple his 7.03-point projection. He racked up 84 yards from scrimmage and scored 2 touchdowns to beat his projection by the highest percentage of any player on DITKA this week.
DITKA
The key to success in football is creating mismatches. Fueled by stellar outings by Stefon Diggs and CeeDee Lamb, our squad really took that to heart this past week. We tripled FantasyFootball Team at wide receiver (52.9 points to 16). Diggs had 145 receiving yards and three TDs while Lamb logged 65 yards.
FantasyFootball Team
Unless FantasyFootball Team wants to go full diva-mode, then "not getting many chances" isn't really an excuse this time around. Our trio of pass-catchers (two WR, one TE) were targeted a grand total of 18 times in Week 16. Chemistry and timing appear to be issues as that group hauled in only 11 catches.
