League will fill so get your payments in right away if you plan on playing in this league. This league has been running for multiple years so most teams are returning managers. PAYOUTS WILL BE MADE – I run multiple leagues in multiple fantasy sports every year. I always have returning managers and payouts are ALWAYS made. The easiest way for me to prove to you that payouts will be made is by me sending you screenshots from previous leagues where managers have confirmed they have received their payments and everything was handled properly. So if you have any doubts about being paid out at the end of the year please feel free to ask for the screenshots so you can see the proof. I’ve done this for years now and have never had any issues and payments have always been made. Feel free to ask other managers in the league too if I make payouts.

PAYOUTS -
Weekly Highman - $80 (Weeks 1 thru 13. Weekly payout to the team with the highest total score for the week. Since I am running this league through LeagueSafe the payouts for this will be made at the end of the year)

Regular Season Champion - $160 (best overall record for weeks 1 thru 13. Total points do not matter unless there is a tie then the team with the highest total points wins)

Playoff Winners (weeks 14 thru 16)
1st - $1100
2nd - $700
3rd - $300

(This is a total of a $3300 payout. I keep my buy-in fees for running the league and tracking down managers for the league. Tracking down the managers and keeping the league up to date takes a lot of my time. This consists of -

1. Changing draft posts daily to keep the league at the top of the search page to help recruit more managers
2. Daily updating of message boards that I post our league on
3. Responding to post on message boards, emails, and our league page. I get countless posts and emails about my leagues that I try and answer in a timely fashion
4. Sending reminders for payment and sending reminders to managers that commit to the league to pay
5. Explaining payment to managers and helping with sending payment
6. As the league fills, rotating out deadbeat managers to allow new managers to join and pay
7. Finalizing league and updating league settings when all teams have paid.
8. Dealing with any issues during the season, such as trade disputes or line-up issues.
9. Weekly posts for the weekly highman
10. Final payouts at end of the year

So for the people that dont think it is fair that I keep my league fees, no problem. Feel free to join another league or set-up your own league. Anyone that thinks that nothing goes into setting up a league and getting it running has not tried to set one up before. There is a lot of personal time used to set-up and run a league and that is why I keep my buy-in fees. And as a warning for managers that join other leagues, make sure you join a league you can trust and can actually fill a league. Im a commish you can trust and can prove you can trust me. Even in a majority vote Leaguesafe league you can be screwed out of your money. The short reason why is because in Leaguesafe majority vote, if the majority doesnt vote correctly or at all, everyone's league fees are sent back to them and no winners are paid out. So think about what can happen if a couple people that didnt win in your league know that and tell the other people that didnt win that little secret. Thats right then the losers have no incentive to assign payouts. I have also had plenty of managers leave my leagues because another manager jumped in my league and tried to convince them to join theirs. Only to have that manager come back to my league because the league they joined couldnt fill. Sometimes they try to come back too late and miss the cut to join my league because it is full. Make sure this doesnt happen to you.
