Cake hand Monkey Business fifth consecutive loss in 229-155 rout

Cake rolled to a 229-155 victory to hand Monkey Business their fifth straight loss to open the season. Cake got out to an early 17-point lead on Thursday. Monkey Business came back to take the lead early afternoon Sunday, powered by Teddy Bridgewater (37 points) and DeAndre Hopkins (29). Not to be deterred, Cake got it going later that afternoon, as Jerome Baker (35 points) and CeeDee Lamb (22) put them back ahead once and for all. Cake (2-3) will look to keep it rolling against k's Fabulous Team, while Monkey Business (0-5) match up against Phillip's Primo Team in an effort to develop some positive momentum.
