Big Blue come up short of predictions, succumb to Newbies Rule, 179.70-153.33
There's no easy way to put it, Big Blue underdelivered, at least compared to projections, as Newbies Rule emerged victorious with a 179.70-153.33 win. Newbies Rule leapt out to a 77.27-point lead early Sunday afternoon behind standout efforts from Josh Allen (417 Pass Yds, 4 Pass TDs, 18 Rush Yds) and Jonathan Taylor (31) and never looked back. Russell Wilson (288 Pass Yds, 5 Pass TDs, 39 Rush Yds) and Dalvin Cook (63 Rush Yds, 1 Rush TD) did their part for Big Blue in the loss. Newbies Rule (2-0) will look to keep it rolling against Ram's Den, while Big Blue (1-1) attempt to get back in the win column against Greyhound Express.
In a 31-28 win over the Dolphins, Allen scored 41.7 points to beat his 25.34-point projection. He passed for 417 yards and 4 touchdowns and ran for 18 yards to beat his projection by the highest percentage of any player on Newbies Rule this week. Next week, Allen will go up against the Rams.
Sunday Early

Josh Allen had a 46-yard touchdown pass and a 22-yard touchdown pass for Newbies Rule, while Amari Cooper had a 58-yard catch. DJ Chark Jr. made the highlight reel for Big Blue with a 45-yard catch.
Sunday Late
Harrison Butker had multiple 58-yard field goals for Newbies Rule to contribute to a 179.70-109.33 lead for the team.
Sunday Night
Russell Wilson had a 54-yard touchdown pass and a 38-yard touchdown pass for Big Blue, who trailed 179.70-153.33 after the primetime game.
Newbies Rule
Listen, Newbies Rule, we do certainly admire the confidence. Deploying a player with zero points (George Kittle), while still getting the W... that's a bit too risky for us traditionalists. We just ask you to please limit those flashy shenanigans to the early regular season. Try it in the postseason and we'll be finished.
Big Blue
Your quarterback threw one interception and literally no touchdowns? We may have quite a dilemma on our hands here. Were the Bears actually that strong defending the pass, or was Daniel Jones just that sloppy from the pocket? You'll need to decide one way or the other... Big Blue, as you manage your lineup for Week 3 and beyond!
