Xalt's Zappers manage to defeat Arlan's Army 96.19-80.33
Both teams were unable to rise to the occasion, but Xalt's Zappers did enough to take down Arlan's Army, earning a 96.19-80.33 win. Xalt's Zappers never trailed in this one after nabbing a 10.87-point lead on Thursday behind Cooper Kupp (11.2 points). Taysom Hill (291 Pass Yds, 2 Pass TDs, 33 Rush Yds) and Alvin Kamara (50 Rush Yds, 1 Rush TD, 44 Rec Yds) led the charge for Arlan's Army in the loss. This marks the first time this season Xalt's Zappers have beaten Arlan's Army, after falling 165.73-127.72 in their last matchup. Xalt's Zappers will look to not lose that winning feeling in next week's semifinals, while Arlan's Army attempt to rebound and lock up a top-6 finish.

Xalt's Zappers
Football is all about creating mismatches. Thanks to some stellar yardage production from our ball-carriers, our team certainly made that happen this week. Our three backfield starters logged 288 more total yards than the RBs of Arlan's Army (387 yards from scrimmage to 99), and we ended up almost tripling them at the position, 48.19 points to 17.15.
Arlan's Army
So, Arlan's Army, what'd your pass-catchers do to get written out of their teams' game plans this week? Accumulating just seven total targets in Week 14, our starting receiver crew (two WR, one TE) clearly got on the bad side of their respective QBs.
