Well, that was thrilling! After a back-and-forth matchup featuring three lead changes, Rookie Mistakes rolled to a 125.97-97.65 win to hand Bessette’s Boys their third consecutive loss. Bessette’s Boys leapt out to a 4.43-point lead during the early slate on Sunday behind standout efforts from the Miami Dolphins defense (19.75 points) and Austin Ekeler (12.9). Rookie Mistakes came back to take the lead late afternoon Sunday, powered by Robert Woods (8.8 points) and Clyde Edwards-Helaire (3.9). Not to be deterred, Bessette’s Boys pulled it together later that night to take a 1.33-point lead behind Robert Tonyan (12.7 points).
