Rookie Mistakes smirk at expectations, come back to defeat Wildcats in 109.47-83.20 rout

Rookie Mistakes stepped up, rolling to a 109.47-83.20 win over Wildcats, who fell short of projections. Wildcats got out to a 14.70-point lead on Thursday, but it was all Rookie Mistakes after that. They were led by the Pittsburgh Steelers defense (25.25 points) and Robert Woods (21.4). Aaron Rodgers (29.54 points) and Mecole Hardman (16.16) did everything they could for Wildcats in defeat. This marks the second time this season Rookie Mistakes have knocked off Wildcats, after winning 116.27-110.06 in their last matchup. Rookie Mistakes (5-3) will look to keep it rolling against Rick James, while Wildcats (2-6) attempt to get back on track against STL Busters!.

Coach Talk

Rookie Mistakes
Hey, we'll definitely take the win, Rookie Mistakes! Having said that, if we want to ramp our performance up to the next level, then we have found an area to improve. Our starting QB was severely overmatched this past week. Aaron Rodgers went 27-of-41 for 291 yards and three touchdowns for Wildcats, and all Carson Wentz could manage was a 15-for-27 day, with 123 yards and two passing scores (plus two ugly interceptions). Let's bounce back with a big statement in Week 9!
Wildcats
Whoa now, talk about under-utilized. The starting backfield for Wildcats collectively recorded only a pair of receptions on five targets this past week. Tell those offensive coordinators to set up some screen plays in Week 9!
