GreatPlainsDrifters come up short of predictions, lose to Nightmares in 129.8-125.7 battle
There's no sugarcoating it, GreatPlainsDrifters didn't do their job, at least according to projections, as Nightmares came back to earn a 129.8-125.7 win. Nightmares trailed 123.7-89.5 heading into Monday night, but the unit roared back behind Gus Edwards (49 Rush Yds, 2 Rush TDs) and Marquise Brown (2 Rec, 50 Rec Yds, 1 Rec TD). Jonathan Taylor (150 Rush Yds, 2 Rush TDs, 15 Rec Yds) and Travis Kelce (8 Rec, 136 Rec Yds, 1 Rec TD) led the charge for GreatPlainsDrifters in defeat. This marks the second time this season Nightmares have gotten the best of GreatPlainsDrifters, after winning 154.85-97 in their last matchup. Nightmares will look to keep it going in the semifinals next week, while GreatPlainsDrifters seek to bounce back and lock up 5th Place.
Edwards ran for 49 yards and 2 touchdowns as the Ravens beat the Browns 47-42. In doing so, he put up 18.3 points and more-than-tripled his scoring projection, the fourth-highest percent increase of any RB in the league this season. Next week, Edwards will square off against the Jaguars.

Nightmares
Hey, it's good to be confident, Nightmares. Starting a player with zero points (Julio Jones), while still earning a W... that's a bit too risky for us traditionalists.
GreatPlainsDrifters
Three field goal tries, and not not even one made its way through the uprights? Seems like Dan Bailey might be kicking himself back into the free agent pool following this performance... especially with GreatPlainsDrifters needing every possible point in this narrow matchup.
