If you can't handle the heat, get out of the draft room. The Xtreme collapsed under the pressure of this draft. Picking No. 13 overall, they were clearly not ready. The Xtreme are projected to finish 12th in OklahomIraqis League PFC with a record of 4-9 (2,304 points).

  • Matt Ryan

Best of the Bunch: The QB ought to reach the highest point total in 2020 of all the picks by The Xtreme. Following a season in which he threw for 4,466 yards and 26 TDs with 14 interceptions, totaling 364 fantasy points, Ryan is projected to score 390 fantasy points with the Falcons, a 7% gain. That makes him a valuable No. 1 QB for this squad.

  • Golden Tate

Reach Pick: You might have gotten a bit too excited when making the decision to select Tate with the 13th pick in the 7th round, about two rounds earlier than his ADP of 130. Then again, maybe you're onto something. Projected to score 170 fantasy points this season with the Giants, he looks set to take a step forward from last year when he snagged 49 balls for 676 yards and 6 TDs in 11 games, posting 157 fantasy points. According to projections, Tate will slot in as the No. 3 WR for The Xtreme to begin the season.

Draft Notes

  • The Xtreme face a difficult challenge in Week 6 when they have five players on a bye (Tyler Lockett, James White, Jared Cook, Greg Olsen, and New Orleans). Perhaps leveling the playing field, your Week 6 opponent -- FDC Chiefs -- will also be confronting their worst bye week with three players (Michael Thomas, Chris Carson, and Jalen Richard) getting the week off.

  • The Xtreme have one of the toughest schedules in OklahomIraqis League PFC this season based on projected records with a strength of schedule that rates as the 3rd-most difficult. But don't lose hope. Strength of schedule is just a number. There are countless methods to improve over the course of the season as long as you stay involved.

  • With the oldest group in the league at an average of 7.1 years of NFL experience, The Xtreme appear to be counting on veteran leadership. To that end, they didn't pick any of the 25 rookies drafted.

  • With the choice of RB James White with the 2nd pick of the 8th round, The Xtreme took advantage of the WR/RB flex position for the first time after selecting all of the individual offensive positions in the draft.

How We Grade

Draft grades are based strictly on teams' draft performances. This is calculated by counting the number of fantasy points teams are projected to score over the course of the season using their optimal line-ups. The grades do not take schedule into account. Because of bye weeks and other variables it is possible to earn a high grade yet be projected to finish in the middle of the pack. The opposite is also true. Bottom line: Fantasy Football is like the real game. You can draft the greatest talent in the world but you still need to manage your team every week to get the most out of that talent. As a wise man once said, "On any given Sunday..."
