Blazin Blitzers outperform expectations, earn win against LUCKY DOG 2.0 in 176-127 rout
Blazin Blitzers outperformed their projected point total, cruising to a 176-127 victory over LUCKY DOG 2.0, who fell short of projections. LUCKY DOG 2.0 nabbed a 19-point lead on Thursday, but Blazin Blitzers held the lead the rest of the way. They were led by Ryan Tannehill (37 points) and Tony Pollard (31). Dalvin Cook (132 Rush Yds, 1 Rush TD, 27 Rec Yds) and Stefon Diggs (11 Rec, 147 Rec Yds) did their part for LUCKY DOG 2.0 in the loss. This marks the first time this season Blazin Blitzers have gotten the best of LUCKY DOG 2.0, after falling 146-126 in their last matchup. Blazin Blitzers will look to keep it rolling in the Championship next week, while LUCKY DOG 2.0 seek to bounce back and finish the season with a win in the 3rd Place game.
Pollard (69 Rush Yds, 2 Rush TDs, 63 Rec Yds) scored 31 points against the 49ers in Week 15. His scoring output more-than-doubled his 13.57-point projection and was much higher than his 14-point season scoring average. Pollard will face the Eagles next week.

Diontae Johnson had a 23-yard touchdown catch for Blazin Blitzers on Monday night, helping to pad the margin of victory for the team.
