Lightning Bolts fall to Skins 442-415 despite outperforming projections

Lightning Bolts showed up and exceeded their projected point total, but it wasn't enough to change the result as Skins emerged victorious with a 442-415 victory. Skins took a 144-point lead on Saturday behind standout performances from Devin White (49 points) and Fred Warner (45). Lightning Bolts came back to take the lead during the early slate on Sunday, powered by Mitchell Trubisky (59 points) and Brandin Cooks (49). Not to be deterred, Skins made a run later that afternoon, as Jalen Hurts (62 points) and Cole Holcomb (36) put them back in the lead for good. This marks the first time this season Skins have beaten Lightning Bolts, after falling 376-342 in their last matchup. Skins end the season with a record of 10-5, while Lightning Bolts finish the campaign at 10-6.
