Clifton Convicts manage to knock off Pontiac Bandits 89-74 despite falling short of expectations

Both teams failed to bring their A game, but Clifton Convicts did enough to knock off Pontiac Bandits, securing an 89-74 win. Clifton Convicts never trailed in this one after grabbing a 6-point lead early Sunday afternoon behind Mike Evans (17 points) and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers defense (15). Deshaun Watson (13 points) and Dalvin Cook (13) did everything they could for Pontiac Bandits in the loss. This marks the second time this season Clifton Convicts have beaten Pontiac Bandits, after winning 106-105 in their last matchup.
