Pops's Beerpounders outperformed expectations, but it wasn't enough to swing the result as Destroyers earned a 439.52-381.13 win. Destroyers never trailed in this one after earning a 42.58-point lead early Sunday afternoon behind Baker Mayfield (72.33 points) and Jarvis Landry (41.63). Mike Glennon (280 Pass Yds, 1 Pass TD) and Logan Thomas (9 Rec, 98 Rec Yds, 1 Rec TD) did everything they could for Pops's Beerpounders in the loss. This marks the second time this season Destroyers have beaten Pops's Beerpounders, after winning 401.2-288.62 in their last matchup. Destroyers ends the season on a high note, but they'll miss the postseason with a record of 6-7. Pops's Beerpounders will also be home for the playoffs, finishing at 5-8.
