Wizardos Tiburones extended their win streak to three games with a dominant win over Long Island Steelers, cruising to a 113.66-85.72 victory. Long Island Steelers nabbed a 23.12-point lead early Sunday afternoon behind outstanding performances from James Robinson, who racked up 108 yards from scrimmage and ran for a touchdown for 19.8 points, and Matt Ryan, who passed for 273 yards and a touchdown (12.92 points). But it was all Wizardos Tiburones after that. They were led by Logan Thomas, who caught 9 passes for 98 yards and a touchdown for 20.3 points, and Cam Akers, who racked up 94 yards from scrimmage and ran for a touchdown (15.9 points). This marks the second time this season Wizardos Tiburones have beaten Long Island Steelers, after winning 104.64-81.58 in their last matchup. Wizardos Tiburones ends the season on a high note, but they'll miss the postseason with a record of 7-6. Long Island Steelers will also be home for the playoffs, finishing at 3-10.
