The People’s Champ defy expectations, come back to win against AVD in 150.64-124.04 rout
The People’s Champ showed up and outperformed expectations, cruising to a 150.64-124.04 win over AVD. AVD earned a 15.40-point lead on Thursday, but it was all The People’s Champ after that. They were led by Kyler Murray (33.14 points) and Darren Waller (25.3). Mike Evans (22.9 points) and Jonnu Smith (22.4) carried the flag for AVD in the loss. The People’s Champ (1-1) will look to sustain their momentum against Christians Edge, while AVD (0-2) will attempt to get some positive momentum against Iceman king Carsons.
Against the Saints in Week 2, Waller scored 25.3 points to more-than-double his 10.69-point projection. He caught 12 passes for 103 yards and a touchdown to beat his projection by the highest percentage of any player on The People’s Champ this week. Waller will face the Patriots in Week 3.

The People’s Champ
The key to success in football is exploiting the mismatches. Thanks to a solid performance by Kyler Murray, we almost quadrupled AVD at the quarterback position this past week (33.14 points to 8.74). Murray went 26-for-38 for 286 yards, one TD, and an INT in a 30-15 win over the Football Team.
AVD
Our starting QB tossed an interception and not a single touchdown? We may need to play Monday-morning quarterback here: Did Daniel Jones appear rattled back there in the pocket, or was the Bears secondary just that stout defending the pass? The judgment is yours to make... AVD, as you manage your lineup for Week 3 and beyond!
