Bitch Slappers find way to knock off Saul Elizarraras in 26.53-16.56 rout despite falling short of predictions
There's no way around it, Bitch Slappers underperformed, at least according to projections. Still, they cruised to a 26.53-16.56 win over Saul Elizarraras. Saul Elizarraras got out to a 1.54-point lead on Thursday, but it was all Bitch Slappers after that. They were led by Tom Brady, who passed for 264 yards and 2 touchdowns for 3.44 points, and Kyle Fuller, who made 6 tackles and intercepted a pass (3.1 points). Saquon Barkley (2.84 points) and Kerryon Johnson (2.06) were the leaders for Saul Elizarraras in defeat. Bitch Slappers (2-0) will look to rack up another W against chad's Swell Team, while Saul Elizarraras (1-1) will try to get back on track against bladen's Unreal Team.
While catching 4 passes for 112 yards and a touchdown against the 49ers, Ross III recorded 2.51 points this week. He more-than-doubled his 1.17-point projection in the 41-17 loss. Ross III ranks #6 among all fantasy players this season and will face the Bills next week.
Thursday
Curtis Samuel had a 44-yard catch for Saul Elizarraras, helping give Saul Elizarraras a 1.64-0.10 lead.
Sunday Early
There were several players with big-time moments on both teams early Sunday, but after all the plays were accounted for, Bitch Slappers emerged with a 17.58-13.70 lead. Tom Brady had a 20-yard touchdown pass for Bitch Slappers, while John Ross III had a 66-yard touchdown catch. Meanwhile, Saquon Barkley had a 27-yard touchdown run for Saul Elizarraras, while Kerryon Johnson had a 36-yard touchdown catch.
Bitch Slappers
You know what, Bitch Slappers, we do certainly admire the confidence. Deploying a starter with zero points (Trumaine Johnson), while still getting a W... that's a bit too risky for us traditionalists! All we ask is to please limit those flashy shenanigans to the early regular season. Do it in the playoffs and we're finished.
Saul Elizarraras
Welp, we can't really whine about a lack of opportunities this week, can we? Our four pass-catchers (three WR, one TE) collectively got a grand total of 33 targets in Week 2. With only 19 total catches, that group may need to work on chemistry with their QBs.
