Coach Talk

The Wimpy Babies 2.0
Well, we do appreciate the confidence this past week, The Wimpy Babies 2.0. It takes a certain sort of moxie to start a player with zero points (Jamie Collins Sr.), while still earning a win! We just ask you to please keep that flashy, show-off type of stuff to the regular season. Can you imagine how silly we'd look if we let it happen in the playoffs?
The Big Trubisky
Unless The Big Trubisky wants to go diva-mode on us, then "not getting many chances" doesn't fly as an excuse this time around. Our pass-catching corps (three WR and one TE) collectively saw a respectable 30 targets in Week 11. With only 17 total receptions, that group may need to work on chemistry with their QBs.
