Coach Talk

Mo Trouble
Earning the win is most important, Mo Trouble, but we've also identified one spot where we should improve as a team. Our quarterback was utterly outplayed by the opposition. Jared Goff went 17-of-31 for 372 yards and two touchdowns for 3rd and Long, and all Jacoby Brissett could manage was a 15-for-25 day for 202 passing yards. We need to spend some extra time this week working with our receivers!
3rd and Long
Well, we certainly can't complain about a shortage of opportunities this time, can we? As a group, our six pass-catchers (five WR, one TE) collectively got a grand total of 28 targets in Week 8. With just 15 total catches, this group may have some chemistry issues.
