Coach Talk

Arlan's Army
Here's a list of scenarios where it's acceptable to go 0-for-2 in sports: A double-fault in tennis, a hitter's line in baseball, and a pair of Dwight Howard free throws. That's basically it. Going 0-for-2 on field goal attempts this past week? It's quite possible that Brett Maher just kicked himself to the waiver wire after that sort of effort.
Throne's Troopers
Just one field goal on four attempts? Seems like Adam Vinatieri might be kicking himself to the waiver wire after this effort.
