Wex succumb to People Who Annoy You in 124.52-102.20 rout
There's no easy way to say it, Wex didn't do their job, at least compared to projections, as People Who Annoy You cruised to a 124.52-102.20 win. Wex nabbed a 17.40-point lead on Thursday, but it was all People Who Annoy You after that. They were led by Patrick Mahomes, who passed for 443 yards and 4 touchdowns for 47.62 points, and Michael Thomas, who caught 10 passes for 89 yards (18.9 points). Matt Ryan (320 Pass Yds, 3 Pass TDs) and Derrick Henry (81 Rush Yds, 1 Rush TD, 12 Rec Yds) led the way for Wex in the loss. People Who Annoy You (1-1) will look to add to their success against J-Law's Proballers, while Wex (1-1) attempt to get some positive momentum against Bad LUCK.
Facing the Raiders in Week 2, Mahomes passed for 443 yards and 4 touchdowns. In doing so, he put up 47.62 points to scored 58.9% higher than his 29.97-point projection, the highest percentage of any player on People Who Annoy You this week. In Week 3, Mahomes and the Chiefs will go up against the Ravens.

People Who Annoy You
Listen, People Who Annoy You, we do certainly admire the confidence. Deploying a starter with zero points (DeVante Parker), while still earning the win... talk about arrogant. We just ask you to please keep those flashy shenanigans to the early regular season. Can you imagine how silly we'd look if we let it happen in the playoffs?
Wex
Unless Wex wants to go full diva-mode, then "not seeing many chances" cannot be an excuse this week. As a group, our trio of pass-catchers (two WR, one TE) combined to get a healthy 21 targets in Week 2. With only 12 total catches, that group may need to work on chemistry with their QBs.
