BUD LIGHT top projections, defeat Cheeseheads, 668.93-613.03
Both teams showed up and outperformed expectations, but BUD LIGHT knocked off Cheeseheads, securing a 668.93-613.03 win. BUD LIGHT took an early 1.15-point lead on Thursday. Cheeseheads bounced back to take the lead early Sunday, powered by Matt Ryan (139.48 points) and Kerryon Johnson (75.9). Unphased, BUD LIGHT pulled it together later that afternoon, as Jared Goff (185.18 points) and Shaquil Barrett (56.4) put them back on top once and for all. BUD LIGHT (1-3) will look to sustain their momentum against Gannon's S & B II, while Cheeseheads (2-2) will face off against Champ Kind in an effort to get back in the win column.
Adams (10 Rec, 180 Rec Yds) scored 115 points against the Eagles in Week 4. His scoring output more-than-doubled his 43.03-point projection and was much higher than his 59.15-point season scoring average. Adams ranks #66 among all fantasy players this season and will face the Cowboys next week.
Thursday
Davante Adams had a 58-yard catch for BUD LIGHT, helping the team to a 115.00-113.85 lead.
Sunday Early
Eric Ebron had a 48-yard touchdown catch for Cheeseheads, helping the team to a 457.38-418.35 lead.
Sunday Late
Both teams had players with highlight-reel plays on Sunday afternoon, after which BUD LIGHT became the proud owner of a 659.93-613.03 lead. For BUD LIGHT, Jared Goff had a 29-yard touchdown pass. Cooper Kupp made the highlight reel for Cheeseheads with a 29-yard touchdown catch.
BUD LIGHT
Way to shrug off that three-game losing skid, BUD LIGHT! Each fantasy GM will surely be faced with adversity at some point or another... keep pushing forward and remember that this season is far from over.
Cheeseheads
Well, we can't really complain about a shortage of opportunities this time, can we? Our trio of pass-catchers (two WR and one TE) were targeted a grand total of 27 times in Week 4. Chemistry and timing seem to be issues as that group reeled in only 14 balls.
