Footstompers fall short of expectations, still manage to top Brute Squad, 71.42-42.15
Both teams failed to rise to the occasion, but Footstompers did enough to take down Brute Squad, coming out on top with a 71.42-42.15 win. Footstompers never trailed in this one after grabbing a 9.26-point lead on Thursday behind Amari Cooper (11.53 points) and the Dallas Cowboys defense (5). Sam Darnold (270 Pass Yds, 2 Pass TDs) and Michael Gallup (6 Rec, 109 Rec Yds) led the way for Brute Squad in the loss. This marks the third time this season Footstompers have gotten the best of Brute Squad, after winning 87.72-36.79 in their last matchup. Footstompers will look to keep it going in next week's semifinals, while Brute Squad seek to rebound and lock up a top-6 finish.

Putting together a lineup that won by more than 29 points this past week... we took care of business and did what had to be done.
Brute Squad
A lot of cake, no icing: The six offensive skill starters on Brute Squad (three WRs, two RBs, one TE) collectively gained a whopping 363 yards from scrimmage. No one from that group was able to score a touchdown in Week 14.
