Redlegs come back to top WarEagle 127.4-100.4 despite coming up short of predictions

Both teams failed to rise to the occasion, falling short of projections, but Redlegs did enough to knock off WarEagle, coming from behind for a 127.4-100.4 win. Redlegs trailed 100.4-93.2 heading into Sunday night, but the unit came storming back behind Philip Rivers, who passed for 320 yards and 2 touchdowns for 22 points, and Mike Williams, who caught 5 passes for 72 yards (12.2 points). Nick Chubb (28.9 points) and Devonta Freeman (26.8) were the leaders for WarEagle in the loss. Redlegs (3-3) will look to maintain their momentum against Vultures, while WarEagle (2-4) face off against War Pony in an effort to get back on track.

Next Week Preview

WarEagle
On the docket in Week 7, WarEagle (2-4) will look to right the ship against War Pony (4-2). WarEagle will surely miss the contributions of Nick Chubb, who's out on bye in Week 7. War Pony won't have Curtis Samuel, O.J. Howard, or the Tampa Bay Buccaneers defense.
Redlegs
Two teams sporting matching 3-3 records, Redlegs and Vultures will go toe-to-toe next week in an early-season matchup. Redlegs might need to shuffle the deck some with Christian McCaffrey and Vance McDonald out on bye in Week 7. Over the last two weeks, Redlegs have scored 126.05 points per game, while Vultures have averaged 138.73 per contest.
