Both teams fell short of expectations, but Wardawgs did enough to get the best of Headbussas. Predicted to win 105.71-101.10, Wardawgs earned an 89.28-79.74 win over Headbussas. Wardawgs grabbed an early 14.30-point lead on Thursday. Headbussas bounced back to take the lead during the early round of games on Sunday, powered by Jacoby Brissett (22.64 points) and Wil Lutz (13). Unphased, Wardawgs got it going later that afternoon, as Keenan Allen (8.3 points) and James White (7.4) put them back ahead for good. This marks the second time this season Wardawgs have knocked off Headbussas, after winning 120.14-105 in their last matchup. Wardawgs ends the season on a high note, but they'll miss the postseason with a record of 7-7. Headbussas (11-3) will attempt to bounce back from this loss in the playoffs.
