Sutton Sleepers fall to Beetle's Minions in 128.54-91.76 rout
There's no easy way to put it, Sutton Sleepers didn't do their job, at least based on projections, as Beetle's Minions cruised to a 128.54-91.76 victory. Beetle's Minions nabbed a 30.34-point lead on Thursday behind impressive efforts from Calvin Ridley and Amari Cooper. Ridley caught 8 passes for 91 yards for 17.1 points, while Cooper caught 8 passes for 85 yards (16.5 points). Sutton Sleepers came back to take the lead late afternoon Sunday, powered by Cooper Kupp (18.5 points) and Phillip Lindsay (9.2). Not to be deterred, Beetle's Minions made a run when it mattered most on Monday night, as Kirk Cousins (26.04 points) and DK Metcalf (11.5) put them back on top for good. This marks the first time this season Beetle's Minions have beaten Sutton Sleepers, after falling 147.08-140.34 in their last matchup. Beetle's Minions (7-6) will look to keep it rolling in the playoffs, while Sutton Sleepers (7-6) will attempt to bounce back and make a run of their own in the postseason.
Projected to score 14.63 points, Ridley scored 16.9% more than that amount by scoring 17.1 points as the Falcons lost to the Saints 26-18. He caught 8 passes for 91 yards to beat his projection by the highest percentage of any player on Beetle's Minions this week. Next week, Ridley will battle the Panthers.

Beetle's Minions
Sheesh, at least no one was flagged for excessive end zone celebration: The seven starting offensive position players (four WRs, two RBs, one TE) on Beetle's Minions combined to record a whopping 515 total yards. None of those starters could find his way to paydirt in Week 13.
Sutton Sleepers
Unless Sutton Sleepers wants to go diva-mode on us, then "not getting enough chances" isn't really a reasonable excuse this time around. Our pass-catching corps (three WR, one TE) were targeted a hearty 29 times in Week 13. Timing and chemistry appear to be issues as that group pulled down just 17 balls.
