Debo find way to knock off Josh's Team 95.46-77.16 despite coming up short of projections
Both teams were unable to bring their A game, falling short of their projected point totals, but Debo did enough to get the best of Josh's Team, earning a 95.46-77.16 win. Debo earned a 22.1-point lead early Sunday afternoon behind outstanding showings from Dak Prescott (269 Pass Yds, 3 Pass TDs, 69 Rush Yds) and JuJu Smith-Schuster (5 Rec, 84 Rec Yds) and never looked back. Julio Jones (25.1 points) and David Montgomery (13.3) led the charge for Josh's Team in the loss. Debo (2-0) will look to keep it rolling against Mr big puff, while Josh's Team (1-1) attempt to get back on track against Ready Player One.
Prescott passed for 269 yards and 3 touchdowns and ran for 69 yards as the Cowboys beat the Redskins 31-21. In doing so, he put up 27.66 points to scored 37.0% higher than his 20.19-point projection, the highest percentage of any player on Debo this week. In Week 3, Prescott and the Cowboys will square off against the Dolphins.
Sunday Early
Dak Prescott had a 51-yard touchdown pass and a 42-yard run for Debo, while JuJu Smith-Schuster had a 45-yard catch to contribute to a 56.16-34.06 lead for Debo.
Sunday Late
Josh Jacobs had a 51-yard run for Debo, helping the team to a 90.46-47.36 lead.
Sunday Night
Julio Jones had a 54-yard touchdown catch for Josh's Team, who trailed 90.46-72.46 after Sunday night.
Debo
This sport is all about creating mismatches. Thanks to a solid performance by Dak Prescott, we doubled up Josh's Team at the quarterback position this past week (27.66 points to 12.86). Prescott went 26-for-30 for 269 yards, three TDs, and an INT in a 31-21 win over the Redskins.
Josh's Team
Unless Josh's Team wants to go diva-mode on us, then "not getting many chances" doesn't fly as an excuse this week. As a group, our four pass-catchers (three WR, one TE) were targeted a grand total of 18 times in Week 2. With just eight total receptions, that group may be showing signs of chemistry issues.
