Josh's Team lose to Gridiron Gladiators in 119.80-85.84 rout despite beating predictions

Gridiron Gladiators fell short of projections while Josh's Team brought their A game and beat their projected point total, but it wasn't enough to change the result as Gridiron Gladiators rolled to a 119.80-85.84 win. Gridiron Gladiators earned an early 16.90-point lead on Thursday. Josh's Team came back to take the lead early afternoon Sunday, powered by David Montgomery (21.1 points) and Deshaun Watson (19.74). Unphased, Gridiron Gladiators rallied when it mattered most on Monday night, as the Dallas Cowboys defense (18 points) and Saquon Barkley (12.5) put them back in the lead once and for all. Gridiron Gladiators (6-3) will look to build on their success against Mr big puff, while Josh's Team (2-7) attempt to generate some positive momentum against 98 DarkPink Balloons.

Coach Talk

Gridiron Gladiators
Heckuva job shrugging off that two-game losing skid, Gridiron Gladiators! Every fantasy GM will surely be faced with adversity somewhere along the way... keep on truckin' and good things will continue to happen.
Josh's Team
Welp, we certainly can't complain about a shortage of opportunities this week, can we? Our pass-catching corps (three WR and one TE) were targeted a grand total of 23 times in Week 9. Chemistry seems to be the primary problem, as that group tallied only 13 catches.
