Cedric's TPSer's manage to knock off MARTIANS in 128-103 rout
Full of promise, Cedric's TPSer's underdelivered, at least according to projections. Still, they cruised to a 128-103 win over MARTIANS. MARTIANS got out to a 10-point lead on Thursday, but it was all Cedric's TPSer's after that. They were led by Dak Prescott, who passed for 269 yards and 3 touchdowns and ran for 69 yards for 56 points, and Keenan Allen, who caught 8 passes for 98 yards (17 points). Kenny Golladay (8 Rec, 117 Rec Yds, 1 Rec TD) and Nick Chubb (62 Rush Yds, 1 Rush TD, 36 Rec Yds) carried the flag for MARTIANS in the loss. Cedric's TPSer's (2-0) will look to build on their success against Caribbean Bombers, while MARTIANS (0-2) will meet Thunderstorm in an effort to get back on track.
With 56 points, Prescott scored 49.2% more than his 37.53-point projection as the Cowboys beat the Redskins 31-21. He passed for 269 yards and 3 touchdowns and ran for 69 yards to beat his projection by the highest percentage of any player on Cedric's TPSer's this week. In Week 3, Prescott and the Cowboys will go up against the Dolphins.

Cedric's TPSer's
Sure, we ultimately got the win, but there's really no way sugarcoat it, Cedric's TPSer's: our running backs were soundly outplayed by the opposition. David Johnson (14 yards from scrimmage, one TD) and Marlon Mack (63 yards, no TDs) combined for just 16 points in Week 2. James Conner and Nick Chubb doubled us up with a score of 32. Let's put some extra effort into scouting these upcoming defenses!
MARTIANS
"Not seeing many opportunities" really isn't an excuse this week for MARTIANS. As a group, our pass-catching corps (three WR and one TE) were targeted a respectable 36 times in Week 2. Chemistry could be an issue, as that group pulled down just 22 catches.
