Blitzburg come up short of expectations, succumb to Dirty Birds, 96.99-89.00
There's no sugarcoating it, Blitzburg didn't do their job, at least according to projections, as Dirty Birds came back to earn a 96.99-89.00 win. Michael Thomas (14.8 points) and Demario Davis (13) carried the flag for Blitzburg in the loss. This marks the second time this season Dirty Birds have knocked off Blitzburg, after falling 117.36-85.94 in their last matchup. Dirty Birds finish the season with a record of 11-5, while Blitzburg end the campaign at 10-6.

Dirty Birds
Spotting mismatches is a big key to success in football. Fueled by solid performances by Aaron Jones and Mark Ingram II, our crew certainly made that a point of emphasis this past week. We royally dominated Blitzburg at running back (32.55 points to 3.85). Jones had 160 total yards and two TDs, while Ingram II logged 91 yards.
Blitzburg
Producing four catches on just five targets this past week, it seems like the starting RBs for Blitzburg clearly should smooth things over with their QBs... and remind them to check down more frequently.
