VABoyz outperform predictions, earn win over CAPT. ED in 116-64 rout

VABoyz brought their A game and outperformed expectations, cruising to a 116-64 win over CAPT. ED, who fell short of projections. VABoyz took a 25-point lead on Thursday behind an impressive showing from Carson Wentz. CAPT. ED came back to take the lead during the early slate on Sunday, powered by the Kansas City Chiefs defense (16 points) and Kerryon Johnson (14). Not to be deterred, VABoyz pulled it together later that afternoon, as the Chicago Bears defense (17 points) and Mike Evans (14) put them back in the lead once and for all. VABoyz (2-2) will look to get another win against HowAboutCowboys, while CAPT. ED (2-2) face Broadway Ed in an effort to get back in the win column.

Coach Talk

VABoyz
You know, football is all about spotting the mismatches. Thanks to a sound showing from Carson Wentz, we thoroughly outplayed CAPT. ED at the quarterback position this past week (25 points to 5). Wentz went 16-for-27 for 160 yards and three TDs (plus no INTs) in a 34-27 triumph over the Packers.
CAPT. ED
Hey, at least there were no celebration penalties: The six offensive position starters on CAPT. ED (three RBs, two WRs, one TE) collectively gained a healthy 403 yards from scrimmage. None of those starters, unfortunately, could find his way to the end zone in Week 4.
