Gnaperville Gnus manage to top Peoria Hurricanes 82-64
Both teams were unable to bring their A game, but Gnaperville Gnus did enough to beat Peoria Hurricanes, securing an 82-64 win. Peoria Hurricanes earned a 4-point lead on Thursday, but Gnaperville Gnus held the lead the rest of the way. They were led by Aaron Rodgers (209 Pass Yds, 2 Pass TDs) and Tyler Boyd (10 Rec, 122 Rec Yds). Kyler Murray (349 Pass Yds) and Sony Michel (85 Rush Yds, 1 Rush TD) were the top scorers for Peoria Hurricanes in the loss. Gnaperville Gnus (2-0) will look to add to their success against Butler Jets, while Peoria Hurricanes (0-2) will take on plano tiburon in an effort to get back on track.
Boyd (10 Rec, 122 Rec Yds) scored 12 points against the 49ers in Week 2. His scoring output was 40.5% more than his 8.54-point projection. Boyd ranks #66 among all fantasy players this season and will face the Bills next week.
