Coach Talk

Peoria Hurricanes
Identifying mismatches is a huge component to winning in football. With stellar performances by Christian McCaffrey and Sony Michel, our squad certainly made that a point of emphasis this past week. We doubled Gnaperville Gnus up at running back (37 points to 17). McCaffrey (175 total yards and two TDs) did most of the damage, while Michel chipped in with 103 yards.

Well, we can't really complain about a shortage of opportunities this time, can we? Our pass-catching corps (two WR, two TE) collectively received a grand total of 31 targets in Week 15. Chemistry and timing seem to be issues as that group reeled in just 19 catches.
