Peoria Hurricanes defeat Throw up the X for fifth straight win in 95-70 rout

Peoria Hurricanes extended their win streak to five games with a convincing win over Throw up the X, rolling to a 95-70 victory. It was the fourth loss in a row for Throw up the X. Peoria Hurricanes pulled out to an early 12-point lead on Thursday. Throw up the X came back to take the lead during the early games on Sunday, powered by Drew Brees (29 points) and Carlos Hyde (15). Unphased, Peoria Hurricanes pulled it together later that afternoon, as Kyler Murray (31 points) and Sony Michel (4) put them back on top once and for all.
