Dawgman find way to beat King Cobras 147-113 despite falling short of expectations
Both teams were unable to bring their A game, coming up short of their projected point totals, but Dawgman did enough to get the best of King Cobras. Predicted to win 185-164, Dawgman earned a 147-113 win over King Cobras. King Cobras earned a 10-point lead on Thursday, but Dawgman held the lead the rest of the way. They were led by the Baltimore Ravens defense (17 Pts Allowed, 349 Yds Allowed) and Julio Jones (5 Rec, 106 Rec Yds, 2 Rec TDs). The Philadelphia Eagles defense (27 points) and Jared Goff (24) led the charge for King Cobras in the loss. Dawgman improve to 1-1 on the season, while King Cobras fall to 0-2.
With 31 points, Jones scored 52.9% more than his 20.27-point projection as the Falcons beat the Eagles 24-20. He caught 5 passes for 106 yards and 2 touchdowns to beat his projection by the highest percentage of any player on Dawgman this week. Jones will play the Colts in Week 3.
