eXacerBators earn win over Book of Sam in 170-133 rout

eXacerBators stepped up and exceeded expectations, cruising to a 170-133 victory over Book of Sam, who fell short of projections. eXacerBators earned an early 3-point lead on Thursday. Book of Sam came back to take the lead during the late slate on Sunday, powered by Dak Prescott (35 points) and Darius Leonard (11). Not to be deterred, eXacerBators pulled it together later that night, as the New England Patriots defense (10 points) put them back ahead once and for all. eXacerBators (1-0) will look to earn another win against MonstersOfTheMidway, while Book of Sam (0-1) will meet Whitetails in an effort to right the ship.

Coach Talk

eXacerBators
Hey, we admire the confidence, eXacerBators. Starting a player with zero points (Eric Ebron), while still earning the W... talk about arrogant. We just ask you to please limit those flashy shenanigans to the early regular season. Can you imagine how silly we'd look if we let it happen in the playoffs?
Book of Sam
Book of Sam will find it tough to complain about lack of opportunities this past week. Our pass-catching corps (two WR and one TE) collectively saw a whopping 22 targets in Week 1. Chemistry and timing seem to be issues as that group pulled down just 13 catches.
