Whackers overcome starter's goose egg, come back to beat Hangovers, 146.8-138.2
Both teams were frustrated by starters who put up negative or 0 points, but Whackers were able to persevere and earn the victory, staging a comeback for a 146.8-138.2 win over Hangovers. Whackers trailed 138.2-127.1 heading into Sunday night, but the squad came back behind Alvin Kamara, who racked up 89 yards from scrimmage for 11.9 points, and Randall Cobb, who caught 3 passes for 41 yards (7.8 points). Davante Adams (10 Rec, 180 Rec Yds) and Kenny Golladay (5 Rec, 67 Rec Yds, 2 Rec TDs) did everything they could for Hangovers in defeat. Whackers (3-1) will look to maintain their winning ways against Dead Again, while Hangovers (2-2) will take on Dirty Hippies in an effort to get back in the win column.

There were players with standout plays on both teams on Sunday afternoon, but it was Hangovers who grabbed the lead, 138.2-127.1. For Whackers, Cooper Kupp had a 29-yard touchdown catch. Mike Evans made the highlight reel for Hangovers with a 67-yard touchdown catch.
Going up against the Buccaneers in Week 4, Woods caught 13 passes for 164 yards . In doing so, he put up 29.4 points and more-than-doubled his scoring projection, the highest percent increase of any player on Whackers this week. In Week 5, Woods and the Rams will play the Seahawks.
