Despite standout performance from the Bears defense, Soonerjack fall to Hard Targets, 147.5-129.6

The Chicago Bears defense posted 21 points for Soonerjack, the best total in the matchup and best for a DEF in the league this week, but it wasn't enough to vanquish Hard Targets, who earned a 147.5-129.6 win. Soonerjack jumped out to a 30.2-point lead on Thursday behind a combined 30.2 points from Marcus Mariota (304 Pass Yds, 34 Rush Yds) and Derrick Henry (44 Rush Yds, 1 Rush TD). But Hard Targets held the lead the rest of the way, powered by Philip Rivers, who passed for 318 yards and 2 touchdowns for 26.8 points, and Julian Edelman, who caught 7 passes for 62 yards and a touchdown (19.2 points). Hard Targets (1-2) will look to maintain their winning ways against DARC NARC, while Soonerjack (2-1) will take on DominationStation in an effort to right the ship.
