Hard Targets earn win over Hangovers in 149.00-125.95 rout
Hard Targets beat their projected point total, cruising to a 149.00-125.95 win over Hangovers, who fell short of projections. Hangovers got out to a 24.00-point lead on Thursday, but it was all Hard Targets after that. They were led by Ryan Fitzpatrick (214 Pass Yds, 2 Pass TDs, 45 Rush Yds, 1 Rush TD) and Allen Robinson II (6 Rec, 131 Rec Yds, 1 Rec TD). DeAndre Hopkins (27.4 points) and Josh Allen (24.85) carried the flag for Hangovers in defeat. Hard Targets (6-6) will look to earn another W against Roughnecks, while Hangovers (7-5) will try to get back in the win column against Arrogant Americans.
With 21.9 points, Cook more-than-doubled his 8.11-point projection as the Saints beat the Panthers 34-31. He caught 6 passes for 99 yards and a touchdown to beat his projection by the third-highest percentage of any TE in the league this season. Next week, Cook will square off against the Falcons.
Thursday
DeAndre Hopkins had a 35-yard touchdown catch and a 30-yard touchdown catch for Hangovers, helping to stake Hangovers to a 27.40-3.40 lead.
Sunday Early
There were several players with highlight-reel moments on both teams early Sunday, but it was Hangovers who took the lead, 98.75-97.10. Allen Robinson II had a 32-yard touchdown catch and a 49-yard catch for Hard Targets, while Jared Cook had a 20-yard touchdown catch. Meanwhile, Josh Allen had a 34-yard touchdown pass for Hangovers, while Calvin Ridley had a 21-yard touchdown catch.
Hard Targets
Solid work this past week, Hard Targets! We'll give thanks for this bountiful victory, and now shift our attention towards a tough challenge in Roughnecks.
Hangovers
Unless Hangovers wants to go diva-mode on us, then "not seeing enough looks" cannot be a reasonable excuse this week. As a group, our pass-catching corps (five WR, one TE) collectively saw a grand total of 44 targets in Week 12. Chemistry could be the primary issue, as that group hauled in just 26 receptions.
