Soonerjack succumb to DARC NARC in 147.20-115.35 rout

There's no sugarcoating it, Soonerjack didn't do their job, at least according to projections, as DARC NARC rolled to a 147.20-115.35 win. Soonerjack nabbed a 42.55-point lead on Thursday behind stellar efforts from Dalvin Cook (28.1 points) and Kirk Cousins (14.45). But it was all DARC NARC after that. They were led by Matthew Stafford (342 Pass Yds, 3 Pass TDs) and Julio Jones (10 Rec, 152 Rec Yds). DARC NARC (5-3) will look to maintain their momentum against Dead Again, while Soonerjack (5-3) take on Hangovers in an effort to get back on track.

Hey, football is all about exploiting the mismatches. Thanks to an awesome performance from Matthew Stafford, we doubled up Soonerjack at the quarterback position this past week (32.8 points to 14.45). Stafford went 25-for-32 for 342 yards, three TDs, and an INT in a 31-26 victory over the Giants.

Well, we certainly can't complain about a lack of opportunities this time, can we? As a group, our six pass-catchers (four WR, two TE) collectively received a grand total of 27 targets in Week 8. Timing and chemistry seem to be issues as that group reeled in just 14 receptions.
