Huss Monkeys come up short of projections, find way to beat Hades Star, 160.1-126.6
Both teams were unable to bring their A game, coming up short of projections, but Huss Monkeys did enough to take down Hades Star. Predicted to win 190.0-185.3, Huss Monkeys came out on top with a 160.1-126.6 win over Hades Star. Hades Star leapt out to a 61.3-point lead early Sunday afternoon behind stellar efforts from Kenny Golladay, who caught 8 passes for 117 yards and a touchdown for 25.7 points, and Ezekiel Elliott, who ran for 111 yards and a touchdown (20 points). But Huss Monkeys held the lead the rest of the way, powered by Matt Ryan, who passed for 320 yards and 3 touchdowns for 70.3 points, and the Cleveland Browns defense, who allowed only 3 points, surrendered 262 yards, and forced a fumble (23 points). Huss Monkeys (2-0) will look to keep it rolling against Who Dat, while Hades Star (0-2) attempt to right the ship against L-Diggity.
Projected to score 13.23 points, the Browns defense scored 73.8% more than that amount by scoring 23 points in a 23-3 win over the Jets. They allowed only 3 points, surrendered 262 yards, and forced a fumble to beat their projection by the highest percentage of any player on Huss Monkeys this week. The Browns will battle the Rams next week.

Huss Monkeys
Hey, the key to football is exploiting the mismatches. Thanks to a sound outing from Matt Ryan, we thoroughly dominated Hades Star at the quarterback position this past week (70.3 points to 14.5). Ryan went 27-for-43 for 320 yards, three TDs, and three INTs in a 24-20 victory over the Eagles.
Hades Star
"Not getting enough opportunities" won't fly as an excuse this week for Hades Star. Our pass-catching corps (three WR, one TE) collectively saw a whopping 35 targets in Week 2. With just 21 total catches, that group may be showing signs of chemistry issues.
