Blue Skywalker hand Endzone Dance third straight loss, 84.86-78.48
Blue Skywalker secured an 84.86-78.48 win to hand Endzone Dance their third consecutive loss. Endzone Dance nabbed a 10.80-point lead on Thursday, but Blue Skywalker held the lead the rest of the way. They were led by Derrick Henry, who ran for 188 yards and 2 touchdowns for 37.1 points, and the Arizona Cardinals defense, who allowed 30 points, surrendered 457 yards, and forced 3 turnovers (10 points). Matt Ryan (182 Pass Yds, 2 Pass TDs, 13 Rush Yds) and Austin Ekeler (19 Rush Yds, 29 Rec Yds, 1 Rec TD) did everything they could for Endzone Dance in the loss. Blue Skywalker (6-4) will look to build on their success against Spokane Sith, while Endzone Dance (5-5) attempt to right the ship against The Dog House.
Henry (188 Rush Yds, 2 Rush TDs) scored 37.1 points against the Chiefs in Week 10. His scoring output more-than-tripled his 11.16-point projection and was much higher than his 16.59-point season scoring average. Henry ranks #20 among all fantasy players this season and will face the Jaguars next week.
Blue Skywalker
Hey, we'll definitely take the win, Blue Skywalker! Having said that, if we want to take our performance to the next level, then here's one area where we can improve. Our QB was utterly outplayed this past week. Matt Ryan went 20-of-35 for 182 yards and two touchdowns for Endzone Dance, and all Brian Hoyer could manage through the air was 204 yards and one passing TD (plus three ugly interceptions). Let's put some more effort into scouting those upcoming defenses!
Endzone Dance
Unless Endzone Dance wants to go diva-mode on us, then "not seeing enough chances" is definitely not an excuse this time around. As a group, our pass-catching corps (two WR, one TE) combined to see a grand total of 26 targets in Week 10. With just 15 total receptions, that group may need to work on chemistry with their QBs.
