Coach Talk

KA's Mafia
Creating mismatches is a big component to winning in football. With stellar performances by Christian McCaffrey and Mark Ingram II, our team certainly made that a point of emphasis this past week. We doubled Gigem Cowboys up at the running back position (60.6 points to 28.6). McCaffrey had 237 total yards and three TDs, while Ingram II logged 49 yards.

Here's a list of sports scenarios where it's borderline acceptable to go 0-for-2: A hitter's line in baseball, a pair of DeAndre Jordan free throws, and a double-fault in tennis. That's just about it. Going 0-for-2 on field goal attempts this past week? Sounds like Joey Slye might be kicking himself back into the free agent pool following this performance.
