Slow Clap beat expectations, knock off Maxdeflation, 198.82-193.12
Both teams beat their projected point totals, but Slow Clap knocked off Maxdeflation. Predicted to lose by a score of 172.28-146.99, Slow Clap secured a 198.82-193.12 win over Maxdeflation. Maxdeflation grabbed a 21.80-point lead on Thursday, but Slow Clap held the lead the rest of the way. They were led by Russell Wilson, who passed for 378 yards and 5 touchdowns and ran for 21 yards for 50.22 points, and David Montgomery, who racked up 76 yards from scrimmage and ran for 2 touchdowns (24.6 points). Christian McCaffrey (146 Rush Yds, 2 Rush TDs, 20 Rec Yds, 1 Rec TD) and Lamar Jackson (163 Pass Yds, 1 Pass TD, 61 Rush Yds, 2 Rush TDs) did everything they could for Maxdeflation in the loss. Slow Clap improve to 6-3 on the season, while Maxdeflation fall to 4-5.
Sanu (10 Rec, 81 Rec Yds, 1 Rec TD) scored 21.1 points in a 37-20 lost to the Ravens in Week 9. His scoring output more-than-doubled his 8.46-point projection and was much higher than his 8.29-point season scoring average. Sanu will face the Eagles next week.

Both teams had players with standout moments early Sunday, but after the scoring was completed, Maxdeflation boasted a 133.10-59.50 lead. For Slow Clap, Harrison Butker had a 54-yard field goal. Christian McCaffrey had a 58-yard touchdown run for Maxdeflation, while Ka'imi Fairbairn had a 52-yard field goal.
