Coach Talk

Good As Gould
Earning the win is most important, Good As Gould, but we certainly know of one spot where we can get stronger as a team. Our starting QB was thoroughly outmatched this past week. Matthew Stafford went 27-of-45 for 385 yards and three touchdowns for Long Island Broskis, and all Jared Goff could produce was a 23-for-39 outing, with 186 yards and one passing TD (plus an ugly interception). Let's spend some extra time this week working with our receivers!
Long Island Broskis
Welp, we certainly can't complain about a lack of opportunities this week, can we? Our four pass-catchers (three WR and one TE) were targeted a grand total of 34 times in Week 1. Chemistry and timing seem to be issues as that group tallied just 16 receptions.
