Ligers come up short of predictions, succumb to Underground Kings in 124.00-72.25 rout
There's no sugarcoating it, Ligers underdelivered, at least compared to projections, as Underground Kings cruised to a 124.00-72.25 win. It didn't take long to figure out who would lead the way in the matchup, as Underground Kings took a 33.50-point lead on Thursday behind impressive showings from Jonathan Williams and Deshaun Watson. Williams racked up 121 yards from scrimmage and ran for a touchdown for 25.75 points, while Watson passed for 298 yards and 2 touchdowns (20.25 points). Michael Thomas (10 Rec, 101 Rec Yds, 1 Rec TD) and Jacoby Brissett (129 Pass Yds, 20 Rush Yds, 1 Rush TD) were the top scorers for Ligers in defeat. This marks the second time this season Underground Kings have beaten Ligers, after winning 189.25-156 in their last matchup. Underground Kings (6-6) will look to add to their success against GoldDiggers, while Ligers (6-6) face off against Nick in an effort to get back in the win column.
While racking up 121 yards from scrimmage and running for a touchdown against the Texans, Williams registered 25.75 points this week. He more-than-doubled his 12.53-point projection and overachieved for the first time this season. Williams will face the Titans next week.

Underground Kings
Football is all about exploiting the mismatches. Thanks to some stellar yardage production from our running backs, our team created a big disparity this week. Our backfield tallied 179 more yards from scrimmage than the RBs of Ligers (342 total yards to 163), and we wound up tripling them at the position (69.75 points to 21.75).
Ligers
Wow, talk about under-utilized. As a group, the starting backfield for Ligers collectively recorded three catches on just four targets this past week. Tell those offensive coordinators to draw up a screen play or two in Week 13!
