Beat-a-son fall short of projections, lose to Coupe in 116.5-75.5 rout
Beat-a-son underachieved compared to projections, as Coupe rolled to a 116.5-75.5 win. Beat-a-son got out to a 10-point lead early Sunday afternoon, but it was all Coupe after that. They were led by Odell Beckham Jr. (27 points) and Julio Jones (25.5). Carson Wentz (231 Pass Yds, 1 Pass TD) and Sony Michel (85 Rush Yds, 1 Rush TD) were the leading scorers for Beat-a-son in defeat. Coupe (1-1) will look to notch another W against STEEL CURTAIN, while Beat-a-son (0-2) will take on Ice Up Son! in an effort to get back on track.
Projected to score 15.6 points, Beckham Jr. scored 73.1% more than that amount by scoring 27 points as the Browns beat the Jets 23-3. He caught 6 passes for 161 yards and a touchdown to beat his projection by the highest percentage of any player on Coupe this week. Next week, Beckham Jr. will face the Rams.
