The Cereal Killers were unable to bring their A game, falling short of their projected point total, as deepball rolled to a 126.5-97.5 win. deepball leapt out to a 35.0-point lead on Thursday behind a standout showing from Aaron Rodgers. The Cereal Killers came back to take the lead during the early slate on Sunday, powered by Kenny Golladay (20.5 points) and Patrick Mahomes (20). Unphased, deepball made a run later that afternoon, as Cooper Kupp (25.5 points) and David Johnson (17) put them back on top once and for all. deepball improve to 1-3 on the season, while The Cereal Killers fall to 2-2.
In a 55-40 loss to the Buccaneers, Kupp scored 25.5 points to nearly double his 13.28-point projection. He caught 9 passes for 121 yards and a touchdown to beat his projection by the highest percentage of any player on deepball this week. Kupp will play the Seahawks in Week 5.
