Lunatic Fringe showed up and beat their projected point total, cruising to a 144.5-117.5 win over deepball, who fell short of projections. This one was decided almost as soon as it started, as Lunatic Fringe leapt out to a 46.5-point lead early Sunday afternoon behind stellar performances from Lamar Jackson (33 points) and Mark Andrews (24). Odell Beckham Jr. (6 Rec, 161 Rec Yds, 1 Rec TD) and Cooper Kupp (5 Rec, 120 Rec Yds) were the leading performers for deepball in defeat. Lunatic Fringe improve to 1-1 on the season, while deepball fall to 0-2.
Andrews was one of five starters to overachieve for Lunatic Fringe this week. He scored 24 points (8 Rec, 112 Rec Yds, 1 Rec TD) against the Cardinals in Week 2 to more-than-triple his 7.7-point projection. Andrews ranks #17 among all fantasy players this season and will face the Chiefs next week.
